Wait, what? Manuel Noriega is still alive? Really? Cool whats he up to? He's 80 now, isn't he? Still in some jail suite in FLA right? I remember shots of some 2-3 room jail suite with full bath back in the day. Guess he's got cable and internet access too, cool. Someone should interview him.
