I used to go to their location on the Ave in the U District back when my company was next door to their Sri Chinmoy office across from Cowan Park. That was over ten years ago.

I loved their food. It nourished body and soul.

I was a believer.

I've never bothered to look up what Radiohead meant by calling that song Mixamatosis.

I've never liked the way the name rolled off the tongue. I'm pretty sure I didn't eat there when I was a vegetarian. I always got the "no fun zone" vibe off them.

"Silence-Heart-Nest" sounds more like something Koko the Gorilla would sign before going to bed.

The weird thing is that it replaced one of the best named restaurants ever, the Longshoreman's Daughter.

They make very good food and it's pretty hard to be angry in that restaurant, which is a nice refuge from the rest of your life.
