Florida clerks in all counties in florida were ordered to accept same sex marriage applications as of 01/012015. Miami-Dade had nothing to do with it (as usual). This is the result of a long court battle with multiple plaintiffs who are all heroes!

Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Govenor tried extremely hard to block it and delayed it but they failed......Yay!

You would think that Jeb Bush, a man who is thinking about considering a presidential run, would have realized that marriage equality was coming to Florida, and would have formulated a sound byte in advance.

Jesus. That's Jeb's response? He's absolutely floundering there. He clearly has no idea how to answer the question in a way that won't cost him votes. He ends up sounding almost as incoherent as Sarah Palin.

He's not really floundering; he's avoiding the question, because he knows that the only ones freaking out about this are a small but ear-shatteringly vocal minority even in his own party. It's called lip service. I very much doubt he actually gives a shit about this; he does, however, give a shit about getting elected -- but there's no hook on this issue anymore.
