The usual vomit from #1, but why should Seattle care if we provide moorage for these vessels? They are paying a premium rate, they are supporting the marine economy, not one drop of oil will be extracted from Puget Sound, and the residents of Seattle really have no say in the drilling scheme of things anyway. Waste of time!
