In the CNN interview, he reminds us that we live in a republic, then proceeds to say that the state legislatures, rather than the courts, should decide the issue. Doesn't he know what a constitutional republic is? Laws are subject to judicial review. What a twit.

Rubio drags his family to two churches, two denominations. Is that some sort of extreme Pascal's wager? He reckons one of them has to be right, but doesn't know which one?
