As I reported in today's Morning News, a huge explosion rocked Tianjin, China, about 90 miles east of Beijing last night, injuring hundreds and killing at least 50 people. A drone captured aerial footage of the devastation, and it's just awful.

Meanwhile, it appears some are trying to censor media coverage of the aftermath (a CNN reporter was accosted by security at a local hospital), and the New York Times notes that the Chinese government may not have properly monitored the storage of the toxic chemicals that are responsible for the blast.
