@12 my guess is they started out saying "The Queen" and then realized they'd better be specific which queen (Denmark? State Fair?) they were talking about, so they added her name & number but forgot to take out the "the."
I remember a couple years ago when jack kevorkian died, listening to a rememberance by daniel shore on NPR. He recalled an interview in which he asked the doctor if he knew, and how he felt about his frequently being thought of as something like a Frankenstein's monster.
