Well you can't very well expect them to sign onto a bill that in any way acknowledges that Planned Parenthood is endangered by their radical rhetoric. No way can they sign a bill that points out that their insane supporters have been endangering PP Drs and workers.

Of course, to avoid that they had to acknowledge that Planned Parenthood is a women's health clinic rather than just an abortion provider. HA!
