I thought convicted criminals were not allowed to profit from their crimes? When did this change? Or is the Son of Sam Law only applicable in America? Canadian serial killers get to do as they please? This case was so horrifying and nearly entirely law enforcement's fault since they ignored relatives of the missing and dead women when those relatives told them about the pig farmer decades before he was ever caught and convicted. Just like The Green River Killer - law enforcement could have stopped the deaths of so many women, but they just did not care because these women were considered disposable trash. Amazon love to publish trash. Did they ever remove the pedophile's how-to book?

The victims were not "Native Americans", were they? I surmise they were First-Nations Canadians. AKA Aboriginal Canadians.

British Columbia does not have any "Son of Sam Law" (unlike Ontario) so this is legal.

But who the hell wants to buy the book, anyway? (I ask the same question about who the hell would actually vote for a Republican, it comes down to the same lack of quality control/morals).

He also didn't act alone in the very literal sense - there was plenty of evidence his brother was involved in the killings as well.

I don't think the investments care one way or the other about the dead women. I doubt the investors care much either.

I am curious to know why the picture chosen of Commercial Drive is used, which is 1 ½ miles away from the rendering plant located by the dock yards. A more trendy area with two brew pubs, a Bistro, headquarters for JJ bean Coffee and a McDonalds's is only 400 yards away. What's the point of showing the picture? What's the point of showing any neighbourhood?

Also, do you mean "poor and non white" as in" just poor non whites" . To me the statement seems misleading. If you look up the the women he is charged with killing you will see most are white.

Then there is "Native American"? Which is odd to say since it takes place in Canada (indigenous people is commonly used in Canada).

So it comes down to your essay or his book. Think I will pass.
He is in the news all the time here in B.C.. When I am out for my morning coffee on Commercial Drive I am sure I will see the story over and over in the local rag. Reading all the details in his book or your essay is the last thing I would want to do so.
