It is irritating that it is cheaper to buy a paperback than a digital book. Other than typesetting, which should be stored after initial publishing, there is very little production cost and shipping cost. Plus, I can resell a paperback if I want, or donate it. I love old mysteries, and have a nice paperback collection, but can't get most of them in digital form. Hopefully there will eventually be a tiered pricing structure to reflect hardcover, paperback and midline books.
