I suggest a poll or a contest: What SHOULD Amazon call their SciFi imprint?

I'm looking forward to their Social Studies textbook series, The Federal Way.

2
Still pending: Sales Taxes We Don't Collect Because We Hate America.

It's going to be a blockbuster when it's released.
3
@1 or Capitol Hill
4
They should have named the mystery imprint Bellevue Ave E & Bellevue PL E & Bellevue Ct E.
5
But Thomas and Mercer run paralell to eachother. Is this in imprint for unsolved mysteries. That would piss readers off. End each book with a Rashomonesque recap of the various possibilities and then just stop with an elipsis.
6
Fantasy imprint "Empire Way"
7
If it's amystery imprint it should be named after the #25 bus route, based on the question: Why is it never on time?
8
Oh. and @ 5 is right, there is no intersection of those streets.
9
@8 except most of the intersections in Seattle suck for names, since 95% are named avenues and numbered streets. And Seattle has some nice pairings of parallel streets, esspecially downtown. Madison & Marion et al.
10
May I suggest Royal Brougham as a romance imprint?
11
@5, @8 The Amazon headquarters is a set of buildings between Thomas (S), Mercer (N), Terry (W) and Boren (E) in South Lake Union.
12
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, @5. Textbooks from NE Campus Parkway?
13
Silly: Sci-fi and fantasy will be Troll Lane.
14
I hope the new books star a detective named Terry Boren.
15
Shouldn't 3rd and Pike be the horror imprint?

Please wait...
