Good god. Lulu was a great book and he needs to be paid more. Amortize all that money out over time and calculate the hourly wage. I bet it just over minimum wage.

This is why when people complain that dreck like "50 Shades of Grey" make millions I tell them to shut their pie holes. At least SOMEBODY is making money from writing.
