This lineup is not worth the price of admission. It's pretty clear that by marketing Bumbershoot as one of the top reasons to "visit Seattle", the promoters are selling the festival to tourists, not locals, which was not the original intent of a SEATTLE arts festival.

I would love to see/hear Kamasi Washington, guy is simply fire right now, let's hope he finds time to do a club set while he's in town...

@2: Don't count on it. Bumbershoot artists are contractually prohibited from playing other shows in or near Seattle during or around Bumbershoot. Try Portland, maybe.

so, no one went to the trouble of making a circulating a false lineup after all?

@2 and 3...well, 3, you are right. Mr. Washington will best be seen in Portland or Vancouver as his 45 minute Bumbershoot set will just be a 'taste' of what he can blast out like he did at Neumo's last year. I am happy for Nickelbacklemore fans which my 14 year old nephew has given up being to dig Run the Jewels instead - do the math.

Reggie Watts, non-local? boooo!

Anybody who hasn't been listening to Anderson Paak is missing out.

Please wait...
