So let me get this straight... Seattle is paying someone 1,300 dollars a month to play around with garbage? This city is a real mess. My only other question is this: after I use the Stranger print advertising rag as a bird cage liner can I still recycle it?

@1: $1300 a month is a pittance. It's a rounding error, and no, you can't recycle bird shit. also, you don't have a bird.
