I thought that the standard protocol for heterosexuals was simple. Since the female orgasm doesn't normally come from intercourse alone, but her achieving the big O doesn't bring the whole show to a halt, you should usually start by helping her get off. My SOP is to go down on her or use a vibrator on her until she cums or requests that we move to something else (i.e., intercourse). At that point, while I am expected to make it interesting for her, when I decide I am ready to cum myself then I have the green light. I have had some girls use a vibrator during intercourse to assist them. In that case I just do what I like doing until she cums, unless that takes forever and it is clear that she will not get there. That is the one case where I go ahead and finish first. Regardless, if she still hasn't made it there I offer to help her some more.

There is one thing that confuses me. It is not clear exactly what activity you were engaged in when she called it quits, but since she can still participate post orgasm my approach might have been to turn her over, spank her ass and make her take it. There are times that we use the procedure above and I can't get there. I need her to help me with her hands/mouth.
