Questions to Guide Your Reading of The Stranger

I can absolutely, positively, 100% guarantee that 5000 people in Seattle
can earn $25 per hour by the end of June and 5000 more every month
until every one in the entire city is earning $25 per hour. This is real.
This is the truth. Would the people prefer $15 an hour or would they
prefer $25 an hour? Put it to a vote. $15 or $25 per hour. Everyone
keeps their current job. The $25 per hour is in addition to what ever
they are earning right now. To earn an extra $25 per hour their only responsibility
is to show up at the orientation. If they will show up and follow simple
instructions they WILL earn this money. If they are physically unable
to attend the meeting a proxy can apply for them. It will take several
days for all 5000 people to go through the orientation but if we can
all work together we can make it happen. I will be happy to give the city
council a private session and answer all of your questions and concerns.

Bob,
You should consider "jump starting" your spam messages with an on-line tutorial in punctuation.

"Battery Bob, I jump $tart peoples lives with ..."

1) The placement of your comma after "Battery Bob" suggests you are addressing your statement to a person or business entity named Battery Bob.

2) In the context or your statement, "peoples" is plural possessive, i.e., "people's."

3) "5000" requires a comma, i.e., "5,000"
