What the hell people! Only one of these incidents with firearms was intentional!

Seriously, let's tack on a new mandatory penalty for accidental firearm related deaths: The accused must endure being shot in the ass if found guilty in addition to the origional sentence.

I would say that all the incidents except the 3 year old shooter (and possibly the girl shot with an arrow - not enough facts) were intentional. The people who fired the guns in street altercations may not have intended to shoot the people who got shot, but they did intend to shoot somebody. Transferred intent is good enough for a murder conviction in most states.
