Here's hoping that the mind-numbing insanity of gun-crazed homicidal maniacs will cease, and that, for the most part, the rest of us who have some common sense enjoyed a decent Christmas in good health, company, and spirits.
RIP, Florence Griffith Joyner, and everyone brutally massacred at Sandy Hook Elementary School on Friday, December 14th. Condolences.

You know, I don't really think our founding fathers had hunting in mind when they came up with the Second Amendment.

Personnaly I like to keep my carbine in case of a Red Dawn kind of senario. Granted, it's not very likely but I've experienced far to much shit that "never happens" to rule it out.

...and if it never happens it's still fun to show it off at the range, heh.

Now, I will concede that such arms shouldn't be available to EVERYBODY. I've got training; many such owners do not. Let's mandate some education for assault rifle ownership, eh?

yet we have a psycho in San Diego, who works with military contracts, and uses him home and work computers to stalk, harass, and hack the computers of a small group of us. He is even calling my elderly aunt, whose number was on my facebook. What is facebook doing about it? Fuck all, of course...yet when Mark's SISTER whines about someone sharing her photo on facebook/twitter, she gets snitty? This creep is not only harassing an elderly woman, he has locked people out of their accounts, and remotely turned on a webcam while a child was playing online games! We change passwords, etc, and within MINUTES, he has it and has changed it again, locking us out! And NO ONE is taking it seriously!
