Authorities of Ferguson, MO should be fully ashamed, and held criminally accountable. And definitely not cool about the innocent bystander pepper sprayed at Westlake Center.

Heaven bless you, Robin Williams. Rest in peace, knowing how loved and inspirational you are, and thank you for the laughs and making so many of us happy. We need more like you. I am heartbroken by Robin Williams' loss; my beloved parents also went too soon after being diagnosed with Parkinson's.

@1 I think the most interesting part of the Governor Perry indictment is that the facts of the case are pretty much already settled, the question is seems to be exclusively whether those facts actually constitute a crime.

As such, many of the discussions I've had about this have included concerns that win or lose, this could be bad electorally for Democrats, especially those in Texas, and worse when this is used as a justifying precedent for something otherwise less justifiable.
