FFF needs to go to a doctor. She likely has polycystic ovary syndrome, thus the excess hair and probably the weight. She probably couldn't get pregnant anyhow due to this, however if she's certain about not ever wanting to get pregnant she should get on high powered birth control or get her tubes tied, then go out and make up for lost time!
