Re Men's aging. We men are lucky. If I shave and have clean clothes fingernails and a haircut I pass muster at 200 lbs. My miss N works very hard to keep up appearances. She actually does exercise and has had some plastic surgery to slow down the effects of gravity, and still loathes her own appearance. My judgement is that her self-image was damaged by her family who were deeply self-loathing and has not dropped A.T.S. (all that sh*t) despite recognizing the fact that she is deserving of love and a beautiful, valuable person.

Lies, or distortions.. Small ones, about other stuff, like money.. Not such a problem. A woman has to get by.

That's just me. If you throwing your story out for advice or even if you not, best you can do.. if you can't face telling your truth.. Is give yourself a pass. no guilt.
Or you could tell her. And tell her proudly. She might totally freak out and you life together is kaput, living one's truth comes with a warning.
Or, depending how you tell her, she might suddenly go, so there's the blockage. She might get a little aroused by your stories with the D.

Re: ERR/UGH - I could be wrong, but as a hetero woman, I think this guy is saying they regularly do PIV for 30 minutes and then stop from (her) exhaustion before (his) orgasm. Hm. Is it possible they both need help in learning what mutually satisfying sex typically looks like? He could learn some other approaches to pleasure and also learn that longer does not equal better? She could learn a particularly hard to resist technique or two that reliably makes him orgasm when she's getting tired, pulling it out only as necessary? The way he describes their sex reminds me of when I was a teenager and occasionally encountered inexperienced partners who thought it was super hot and pleasure inducing to twist their fingers all around inside me like a corkscrew.
