That is FANTASTIC! Last time, I showed up in a packed school, asked where I could turn in my ballot, because I had already decided; then left the masses just as they were getting started. No one needs a caucus in this day
While I get you wanted simply everything to fit in under 200 words, it's a bit misleading.
WA has always had a primary for Dems, but it previously was a meaningless non-binding display of voter preference. That has changed.
There are still Dem caucuses, but they're only being used to choose delegates (not candidates who will win those delegates).
