I'm only a Trump "fan" in that I think he'll be easier to beat in the general... but Is it just me, or did he own cruz and rubio in that debate? Not in a presidential way. But in a school yard way. Rubio and especially Cruz looked ridiculous. Trump has so much confidence, and a quick and distracting wit, it's tough for those guys to stand up to it. Trump is a bully and they are dweebs. I don't want either for president, but the bully comes off so much better looking in this exchange.

Trump said (I may be paraphrasing a bit here) that America would be better off with Gadaffi and Saddam Hussein in power...because at least they killed terrorists.

He's also come out praising Putin.

I'd love for a debate question asking Trump about various despots from history.

"Pol Pot? He got things done. Mussolini? I love Italian food...and so did he."--etc.

@6: I've often wondered why more hosts and moderators don't have a "mute mic" button on their desk for each podium. I've only seen Joe Scarborough use that method, and as much as I detest him, I feel like more hosts/moderators should follow his example, as soon as it becomes clear the guest has disregarded the rules.

@6 "thanks for tuning in?" huh? i've been reading all the articles, and watching the debates and interviews. trump is like a playground bully, but he's cleaning up his competition, especially when they try to sink to his level. it's impressive, really. and, though i'm a little nervous, I still don't think he could win the general. not sure what i need to be caught up to speed on. if i'm missing something, let me know! otherwise, it seems like you are being derogatory and if so i'm not sure i get why.
