Cosplaying anime and manga lovers will once again conquer downtown Seattle in the name of Sakura-Con, a festival of parties, panels, and (according to Callan Berry, who draws a weekly comic for The Stranger, when he visited the fest in 2015) anime smut. Mostly, though, the focus is on acceptance and fluidity (and, obviously, fandom). Special guest Todd Haberkorn (Star Trek Continues) will attend. Online registration is closed, but you can still buy a ticket at the convention.
