Join Tasting Table and Chef JJ Proville for a special three-course menu and unlimited wine pairings in honor of the holiday season. Guests can start by sipping a complimentary cocktail and snacking on some baguette canapes, followed by a green salad with shaved veggies, smoked lingcod rillettes, and cranberry walnut loaf croutons. For the main course, it's La Brea’s savory sage and thyme Holiday Stuffing loaf turned into a tartine with poached salmon, radishes, bacon, and duck fat-roasted potatoes. Dessert is a a bowl of thyme ice cream served with Rosemary Olive Oil Loaf and poached apples and pears.
