The Seattle Public Library Foundation and the Wallace Foundation will invite the public to discuss a single book, Yaa Gyasi's Homegoing, about which Ta-Nehisi Coates wrote: "I think I needed to remember what happens when you pair a gifted literary mind to an epic task. Homegoing is an inspiration." Gyasi will appear in person at Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute on May 16 at 7 pm.
