A panel of longtime Northwest activists will discuss civil disobedience, climate issues, treaty rights, and the liquefied natural gas facility "being illegally built" by Puget Sound Energy at the Port of Tacoma. Panelists include former Puyallup Tribe chairwoman Ramona Bennett, Tacoma environmental activists Marilyn Kimmerling and Cynthia Linet, and former tribal attorney Annette Klapstein.
