Who knew vegan wine was a thing? Some winemakers use animal products like gelatin, caseins, and bone marrow as fining agents, making their wines not vegan. This four-course dinner hosted by guest speaker Stewart Rose, Vice President of the Vegetarians of Washington and Luke Wohlers from Walden Selections will feature vegan wine pairings as well as intriguing plant-based takes on dishes like poke and loco moco.
