The fifth annual La Conner Daffodil Festival (not to be confused with the Pierce County Daffodil Festival) welcomes spring with all sorts of fun events, including the La Conner Smelt Derby Family Festival (Feb 23), a pie and ice cream social (March 14), the Dandy Daffodil Tweed Ride (March 16), a youth jazz concert (March 23), a time capsule opening at the Skagit County Historical Museum (March 28), and the Skagit Farm to Pint Fest (March 30).
