Stu for Silverton
Celebrate the true story of Stu Rasmussen, the first openly trans mayor of an American town, in this musical by Peter Duchan (Dogfight) and Lady Gaga collaborator Breedlove. Stu for Silverton premiered in an earlier form in 2013 with Intiman Theatre and has been developed since, with new choreography by James Alsop; of the earlier version, former Stranger critic Brendan Kiley wrote that the score "sneaks in little jabs of Americana that feel both loving and satirical."
