"Though the shelves at the supermarket are stacked with condiments of every type, nothing can beat the satisfaction of making some condiments and preserves at home with your own two hands.

Hot Stove Instructor Annie Elmore will show you how doable and fun it is to make simple condiments at home, and the tasting menu she has devised for you to enjoy will demonstrate how exciting it will be when you incorporate these homemade products into your everyday cooking.

You’ll get to make classic tomato ketchup, cranberry-orange vinegar, and preserved lemons hands-on, and we’ll pack up some of everything you make to take home.  Annie will also show you how to make Nutella, demo only, but we’ll pack up a small container of Nutella for you to take home as well.
