Salish Lodge & Spa Easter Sunday
The Snoqualmie Falls-adjacent hotel and restaurant will serve a prix-fixe menu with an assortment of freshly baked pastries and fresh fruit, a choice of a first course such as honey-glazed pork belly or banana Nutella crepes, and a choice of an entree such as Dungeness crab and gruyere quiche or carved filet of beef. Dessert is a selection of cakes, truffles, tarts, macarons, eclairs, and chocolate-covered strawberries.
