This sobering panel, chaired by political commentator Mort Kondracke, will examine attacks on democracy all over the world. Hear from former four-star Army general and "drug control czar" Barry McCaffrey, author, historian, and editor Robert Merry, UW's Robert Crawford, former foreign correspondent for Eastern Europe Carol Williams, and SPU's China expert Brad Murg. There will be a wine reception.
