Art therapist Michael Buchert and drama therapist Fred Landers offer this sample class to give you a taste of the experiential work and discussion that is typical in the art and drama therapy classes at Antioch. Attendees are asked to commit to attending the full two-hour class. In the portion devoted to drama therapy, Fred will guide us in exercises involving playful movement and imaginative interactions within scenes that we will create together. Be sure to wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in. Taking off your shoes for this part is encouraged.
