A Mindful Journaling Workshop
We’ll have an hour and a half to dive deep into the art of mindful journaling. We’ll begin with a guided meditation, followed by a few prompts to tap into your state of mind and connect to your emotional wellness.
You'll each receive a mini mindfulness journal with blank pages to use for the workshop. You are also welcome to bring your own journaling and writing tools.
We'll set some intentions, and you'll be guided through the journaling practice, flowing from intention to intention. You’ll take away 4 tangible ways to begin an introspective journaling practice that can be used at any moment. Through this workshop, we'll also lead you to finding a personal mantra." (Promo Copy)
