"We’ve all heard of bitters in cocktails, but what are they and how do you make them? Before the cocktail was created, bitters were used as a tonic to help with certain health concerns. Bitters are composed of various barks, roots, flowers, berries, seeds and alcohol and can be used to flavor drinks or used for other health purposes! We will learn a handful of these herbs used in traditional and non-traditional bitters and each make our own to take home!" (Promo Copy)
