Hot Stove Instructors Annie Elmore and Sean McFayden have created a menu that celebrates the glories of a Southern greasy spoon breakfast with something deliciously porky and something craft beer boozy in every course!

As you watch Instructors Annie and Sean demo, you’ll enjoy eating apple-bacon hush puppies with a Pike Monk’s Uncle cheese sauce. The next course is a truly decadent version of Eggs Benedict with fried mortadella and a hollandaise sauce spiked with pFriem Citrus Zest IPA.  We'll include a beer flight of the Pike Monk's Uncle and the pFriem Citrus Zest IPA.
