"Itching to get your own greenhouse going? Not sure where to begin? This 101 class will go over plant culture and environmental considerations to help you decide which greenhouse path is right for you. Join us with instructor Mike Cory to learn about the best Backyard Greenhouse for you! This class will help you assess what greenhouse will work best for what you'd like to grow, what materials you should use, where it will be best to place in your yard, and then of course how to maintain it now that you've got it all together. About the InstructorMike Cory is this year's Friends of the Conservatory Bromeliad Award winner, an orchid enthusiast, Secretary of the NW Orchid Society, Docent at the Volunteer Park Conservatory, and grows over 300 orchids inside his backyard greenhouse for fun."
