"The Negroni, made of gin, vermouth rosso, and Campari, and garnished with orange peel is one of the world’s great cocktails.  The beautiful ruby-hued color and the crisp, refreshingly bitter taste have made it enduringly popular.  The origin of the Negroni can be traced to Florence in 1919 where it was created by an Italian bartender for the patron Count Camillo Negroni and the rest is cocktail history!

Olivia Cerio, the Campari Group’s On Premise Premium Specialist here in Seattle, will be here to tell you everything you need to know about Campari.  But we know you’ll also want to learn how to create a flawless Negroni at home, so Angela Buck-Hatter, a veteran bartender with 15+years of bartending experience, will demo some stellar versions of the Negroni for you. As you sample and compare Negroni cocktails, you’ll enjoy delicious tastes from an Italian menu designed by our Italy expert, Chef Instructor Bridget Charters, who will demo a few of the dishes for you.

We’ll greet you with a welcome cocktail of a classic Negroni but with a fun update: A Classic Negroni Slushy!" (Promo Copy)
