"'Healthy' cheese, chocolate and wine may sound too good to be true — but at Gilbert's Cheese Experience, we break the mold, and we'll show you how these things can be body- and Earth-friendly. Led by Brian Gilbert, head cheesemonger at Beecher's Handmade Cheese, and culinary storyteller Holly Regan, you'll learn how your food and drinks are made, meet the people who make them and go on an interactive tasting journey.

We're partnering with Yakima's Wilridge Winery to bring you natural and biodynamic wines, which are made without chemical intervention; additives or pesticides; or added sulfites. Biodynamic farming is also behind the beans used indi chocolate: Pike Place Market's bean-to-bar chocolate maker. And of course, we'll pair these products with handmade cheeses from artisan creameries.

Foods and beverages made through time-honored, artisanal processes are not only delicious, they're also sustainable for the planet and better for your body. Follow us on an immersive tasting journey that will delight all of your senses, and see how these producers make "natural" taste so good.

Each ticket includes:

  • Three (3) samples of artisan cheeses.
  • Three (3) samples of natural and biodynamic Wilridge wines.
  • An assortment of snacks to enjoy throughout the event.
  • A reusable, insulated gift bag with a take-home treat.

Please arrive 10 minutes early; event starts promptly at the listed time. For our 21+ friends only." (Promo Copy)
