Erin Phillips of Malagueña Events shared: 'Support for affordable housing is especially crucial right now as one of the few affordable housing units at 550 Madison is for sale by Housing Kitsap. Housing Resources Bainbridge is working with a local developer to purchase the property and redevelop it into a mixed-income community that will replace the affordable units there now.
