As part of Lumberjacks and Logrollers, the Forum will host a special screening of The Lumberjack's Bride Erkki Kari's 1923 silent about a rafting accident, a love triangle, and a murder plot. According to publicity materials, "The impressive climax of the film was shot with six cameras and there was more than one dangerous incident during the production of the film." The soundtrack to this too-obscure Finnish classic will be provided live by "doom-inflected folk" musicians Geist.
