At this interactive tasting class with Beecher's Handmade Cheese's head cheesemonger Brian Gilbert and "culinary storyteller" Holly Regan, sample some fruity jams made with heirloom tomatoes, strawberries, and figs concocted by Atrium Kitchen executive chef/owner Traci Calderon alongside a curation of artisan cheeses and snacks, and sip a refreshing agua fresca in between bites.
