Patagōn's Botanist Gin Dinner
"This fall, in partnership with Botanist Gin, Argentine-inspired restaurant Patagōn is hosting a coursed dinner with gin cocktail pairings. Attendees can expect a five-course prix fixe menu from Chef de Cuisine Stephen Moore, built around locally foraged ingrdients and Argentinian airs. Complimenting each course will be Botantist Gin cocktails, carefully crafed by Head Mixologist Jesse Cyr. Botanist Gin utilizes 22 different foraged botanicals from the Scottish isle of Islay."
