It's been said many times, and it's still true: American journalism is in big trouble. Civic Ventures and Town Hall will invite a panel of journalists—Matt Gertz of Media Matters, Marcus Harrison Green of the South Seattle Emerald (founder) and formerly of the Seattle Times, and C Is for Crank's Erica C. Barnett—to talk about how to survive in an age of conglomeration and failure. David “Goldy” Goldstein (KUOW, HorsesAss.org, formerly of The Stranger) will moderate.
