The social justice-focused library will display special selections of archived Black Panther newspapers to flip through, and will also play host to a DIY silkscreen station inspired by legendary Black Panther designer Emory Douglas, community organizers whose work is inspired by the Black Panthers, and live hip-hop and spoken word performances from local artists. That Brown Girl Cooks will provide refreshments.
