Altura chef Nathan Lockwood's recently opened Italian restaurant will have carts laden with delicious food, including oysters and porchetta—and hand-cut chitarra (egg pasta) served from a flaming wheel of Parmesan cheese for extra drama (!). There will be prosecco and champagne, and you can add on truffles and caviar.
