Meesha Pop-Up: Jaisalmer Valentine’s Supper
Pomerol chef Preeti Agarwal will host a special Valentine's edition of her Indian pop-up Meesha, this time with influences from the city of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan, with dishes like daal bati (masala-spiced lentil dumplings), dhundhar murg (braised chicken), safed maas (lamb chops), and malpua rabri (a milk pancake) for dessert with saffron, rose, and pistachios. A popsicle inspired by the mango dessert known as aamras will serve as a palate cleanser in between courses.
