Why has no one sued these guys for discrimination? No guts?

Marc, suing them for discrimination won't do jack shit to make them more open to people, it will make them feel like the government is oppressing their right to privacy. They have every right to make a community of their own like this. Madrid took the high road and decided not to get into a fraudulent situation that would have ended badly. It may be passive discrimination, but that's hardly a pressing issue.

It was so ironic that directly under this article was an ad for "Christian Singles". Is that permanent and by design, or do the ads more or less rotate randomly?

As a resident of this community, I would like to post an update. This community's official name is Meadow Wood, A Condominium, and its governing body is the Meadow Wood Condominium Association (MWCA). The community was developed by the Bartimaeus Cohousing Community, LLC, which dissolved once all the units were sold. Meadow Wood is a cohousing community, but, as a condominium, operates under state and federal law, and is compliant with Fair Housing law. Visitors are welcome.
