The data table has a very long list of crime numbers, hardly any of them reflect well on the black community. As you get into crime by people under 18 years old (table 43B) it just gets worse for blacks, not a little worse but a lot worse.
These are the most accurate figures I have so far:
The white population commits less murder then the black population but is 5.96 times larger then the black population.
The black population commits more robbery then the white population but is 5.96 times smaller then the white population.
The white population commits roughly 2 times the rapes that the black population does but is 5.96 times larger than the black population.
In total all categories listed white crime is roughly 2 times more than black crime but is 5.96 times larger than the black population.
In 2011 Black people are 4.96 times more likely to do crime than a white.

The first part of what you said is crap because there are 5.96 times more white people in the USA than blacks and that means there are more poor white people in the USA then poor black people. If you are so dumb you can't believe this, then prove otherwise with some facts and data.
The second part of what you said I would like to point something out. As shown in the FBI data I have been referencing black people commit more crime reflective of their population numbers than white people do except for alcohol laws. If selective enforcement that favors white skin exists like you suggest then why are black people also not being the target when breaking alcohol laws in this conspiracy against blacks?
Is it racist to admit that black people have a greater tendency to get into trouble when it comes to theft, murder and rape?

Most Europeans, Russians come from a background of serfdom which is very much the same as slavery and goes back several hundred years, widespread practice in Russia since the 12th century.

Most white people worked as farmers in the Great Plains or did other jobs in the east. They did these jobs because there was a demand for it and many whites had already experienced farming or other trades in their home lands.
Blacks and Natives either did not make up enough people to take all these jobs, did not know how to do them or just decided not to. The only thing this article does is point out the double bind that white people and people of color face when talking about racism. The double bind for white folks is they see injustice and want to help, but they are not the ones being wronged so this puts them in an awkward stance with those around them who are directly effected. The double bind for people of color is the desire to express the injustice they encounter to those who do not encounter it with out being a representative for their entire race. I am afraid the author finds herself in that double bind with statements like "We appreciate.." and "We're also not connected through a hive mind..."
I fail to see how giving white people this five step program on the do's and don'ts when talking about race is productive. It seems like the author is venting about her personal problems with folks she has encountered. I understand people can be rude when they mean well, but is this really the best way to improve a very serious problem? Shouldn't we be giving each other the benefit of doubt while taking on such a problem as racism.
